UX/UI Designer

* Develop and maintain design wire-frames and specifications
* Work with end users to elicit requirements and gather feedback on new and existing designs
* Communicate screen designs, interaction models, end-to-end experiences, and the target audience
to other members of the project team
* Understand the human-computer interface element of a design
* Consider the UX of existing applications and work to design better alternatives
* Keep current with industry trends and competitor products, and communicating design prototypes
and ideas to developers
* Work with UI Engineers to implement attractive designs
* Develop task flows and wireframes based on user needs
