Systems Administrator - End User Computing Services

The Systems Administrator - End User Computing Services plays a key leadership role in the IT Infrastructure team. This position is responsible for providing impactful solutions that ensure employees stay productive through intuitive, user-friendly services. You will lead and develop a team that manages and secures end-user devices while setting up procedures, service standards, and SLAs. A proactive, technically skilled individual with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team responsible for managing end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and supporting collaboration tools such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and video conferencing platforms.

Oversee the Service Desk , handling incident and request tickets with data-driven decisions.

Generate service performance reports for IT leadership on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Improve user awareness of IT services through training, documentation, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years of experience managing endpoint devices
-
Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Retail/eCommerce industry experience is a plus

Experience supporting remote workforces is beneficial
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes

Expertise in Windows and Apple client hardware/operating systems (iOS, macOS, iPadOS)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 , Teams , Adobe Creative Cloud , and related tools

Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, or JAMF

Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), e.g., VMware Horizon View, Windows 365 Azure Desktops

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and Asana

Strong leadership skills to guide internal teams and external service providers

Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
