Summary

Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the
organization’s strategic plan(s)

Job Description Essential Functions

? Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning,
analysis, and other studies
? Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis
and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility
and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management
? Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the
integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and
global and multi-discipline perspectives
? Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required.
Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to
support the organization growth objectives
? Perform other duties as assigned

Description

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information
systems, business administration, or equivalent
Minimum Experience
? Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information
technology or business environment including: project
management, large program management, technical project
management, process improvement, business process
automation
? Ability to translate technical and process objectives and concepts
into strategic programs with measurable milestones and KPIs
? Ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior
management
? Ability to collaborate and create partnerships with cross-functional
teams to achieve strategic objectives
? Knowledge of information security basics, concepts, and practices
? Develop repeatable processes that are augmented by automation
for repetitive tasks
? Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking
ability with time management and management skills
? Strong communications and human relations skills
