This role supports a broader initiative to drive data-informed decision-making by improving how teams test ideas, measure impact, and continuously enhance customer experiences. You'll be part of the Experimentation Orchestration team, which simplifies and strengthens the process of configuring, launching, and managing experiments. From feature flagging to observability, traffic allocation, and ensuring consistent user experiences — your work will be critical to building a seamless and scalable experimentation workflow.

This is a full-time position based in Brooklyn, NY, with remote work options available.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers across teams to enhance and scale the experimentation platform.

Design, build, and maintain systems that support experiment configuration, orchestration, and management.

Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and planning sessions.

Contribute to both technical and product direction through proactive communication and collaborative decision-making.

About You

Passionate about full-stack development with a focus on experimentation platforms and workflows.

Familiar with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation best practices.

Experienced in designing and building scalable, reliable backend systems and APIs.

Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in languages such as PHP, Python, or Java .

Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL and effective data modeling practices.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure .

Comfortable with Git , Linux-based environments, and command-line tools.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices for efficient, high-quality software delivery.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes .
