Position Details
You are being offered the position of Sr. Software Engineer II, Backend (NT Connect), reporting to York Yao within Technology.
This is a Full-time, Salaried role and is classified as Exempt. Your anticipated start date is September 29, 2026, or as otherwise
mutually agreed.
Location
This role is fully remote working from your home location.
Compensation
Your annual base salary will be $180,000.00, payable in accordance with our regular payroll schedule and subject to applicable
withholdings and deductions. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 10% of your base salary.
Bonus awards are based on Company and individual performance and bonus awards are not guaranteed. Any bonus is
discretionary and is not earned until it has been formally approved and paid. The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right
and full discretion to determine eligibility, amount, and timing of any bonus.
