Location: Onsite – Morristown, NJ
Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
We’re seeking a tech?savvy AV & Collaboration Support Specialist to join our IT and facilities team in Morristown, NJ. You’ll maintain, support, and enhance conference?room technology and collaboration tools for internal meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:-
Set up and support AV equipment (projectors, mics, displays, etc.) for in?office meetings and events

Provide real?time troubleshooting and high-touch support during live sessions

Perform daily inspections, inventory tracking, and preventive maintenance of AV systems

Recommend technology upgrades to enhance collaboration and meeting experience

Develop user guides and train staff on AV tools and best practices

Coordinate vendor services and ensure smooth AV installations

Support platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and conferencing phones

Occasionally provide after-hours or offsite support as needed

2+ years in AV or IT support roles

Hands-on experience with Crestron, Teams, Zoom, Webex, and AV hardware

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Comfortable lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and working flexible hours

Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking is a plus

Experience with hybrid or livestreamed event production preferred
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional travel and after-hours availability
