*ON SITE*
This position supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV and presentation systems across multiple environments. The role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless meeting and event execution.
Core Responsibilities:-
Prepare and reset meeting and event spaces based on client needs

Conduct regular upkeep on AV gear—checking cables, repairing equipment, and ensuring system integrity

Deploy firmware and configuration updates to control systems (such as touch panels and automation software)

Assist in light system programming and modifications, with or without support from a dedicated programmer

Provide in-room support for meetings and events, resolve technical issues, and handle content capture as needed

Support connected devices within the AV network

Work closely with teams on-site and off-site while representing the organization's values

Follow all safety protocols while working at client sites

Deliver user training and system documentation where applicable

Handle basic troubleshooting of AV systems including signal flow and presentation tools

Travel to client locations as needed

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on project requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with clients and coworkers

Practical experience with configuring and optimizing audio systems and control platforms (e.g., DSPs, automation systems)

Familiarity with standard AV tools and techniques, including soldering, crimping, and safe tool usage

Capability to oversee smaller-scale installations or service projects

Basic programming or scripting knowledge for AV systems adjustments

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Working knowledge of AV system signal paths

A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and work on ladders/heights as needed

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

3–5 years of AV installation or service work

Background in electronics or a related technical field

Industry-recognized certifications or training (e.g., control systems, video walls, fiber termination, CTS-level credentials, etc.)
