Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on network expert
who can be the go-to person for all things networking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment and wants full ownership of architecture, troubleshooting, vendor management, and modernization projects.
This is a 5 days on site role
Key Responsibilities
Network Leadership & Operations

Own and manage the entire network infrastructure across multiple business functions.

Support and optimize WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and enterprise-grade wireless networks.

Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless APs, etc.).

Administer and troubleshoot routing/switching environments (Cisco, Juniper).

Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues beyond the MSP.
Security & Cloud Integration

Collaborate on network hardening, IAM integrations, and zero-trust best practices.

Support the company’s cloud migration efforts (Azure/AWS) and ERP modernization.

Assist with disaster recovery planning, system documentation, and change control.
Innovation & Strategy

Recommend new technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and network visibility.

Help build a future-ready infrastructure capable of supporting AI and scalable enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with internal IT leadership, third-party vendors, and business teams to support company-wide initiatives.

Ensure strong documentation practices and alignment with compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.

Minimum 4 years in a senior-level or lead capacity .

Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Meraki products (required).

Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, Layer 2/3 design, and firewall management.

Experience with cloud networking (Azure or AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of network responsibilities.

Preferred certifications: CCNP , CCIE , AWS Advanced Networking , or Azure Solutions Architect .
