IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, fast learner with exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency to join our team. Experience in financial markets is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level, white-glove support with a high rate of first-call resolution.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Manage and deploy work applications.
  • Assist with office moves and expansions (may require occasional travel to other locations).
  • Remote support for other offices as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong IT support skills paired with exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki for basic network setup (advanced network experience not required).
Additional Details:
  • This is an on-site role.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support other locations.
