Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Onsite – Morristown, NJ
Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

We’re looking for a proactive Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Morristown, NJ. This hands-on role involves supporting end users across the organization, maintaining workstations and mobile devices, and ensuring systems are running efficiently. Ideal candidates will bring strong troubleshooting skills, solid technical knowledge, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technical issues and escalate as needed

  • Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and applications

  • Manage tickets and document resolutions in the support system

  • Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to resolve issues and complete projects

  • Create and deploy images, manage equipment inventory, and handle setup/decommission

  • Train staff on system use and best practices

  • Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and documentation updates

  • Support remote connectivity tools including VPN and multi-factor authentication

  • Participate in periodic equipment audits and maintenance

  • Maintain a high level of customer service across all user interactions

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support (degree or certifications a plus)

  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

  • Experience with Citrix, VMware, VPN, and mobile device management

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite
Some travel may be required
