About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Asset Management, in the areas of capital calls, distributions, and private market operations preferred. This role is central to building a robust and automated workflow for alternative investment processing within our custom wealth management platform.
You will serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including fund operations, finance, and technology—to define, document, and deliver solutions supporting capital flow events.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering for capital call and distribution processes, including investor notices, cash flow tracking, and reconciliation.

Document current-state workflows and design future-state solutions aligned with operational efficiency and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.

Drive testing, validation, and user acceptance processes for related features.

Partner with fund administrators, custodians, and internal ops teams to manage data flows and exception handling.
Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Asset Management or Private Equity space.

Deep understanding of capital call/distribution lifecycles, waterfall calculations, and fund accounting principles.

Experience working with fund administrators or middle/back-office operations is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
